JAMMU, Dec 13: A pipping ceremony was held today at the Traffic Police Headquarters, J&K, Jammu, to honor the promotion of Sohail Ahmad and O.P. Chib to the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP). The ceremony was officiated by M. Suleman Choudhary, IPS, Inspector General of Police (IGP) Traffic, J&K.
Key dignitaries present at the event included Dr. Mohd Haseeb Mughul, IPS, DIGP Traffic Range Jammu; Feisal Quareshi, JKPS, SSP Traffic City Jammu; Arvinder Singh Kotwal, JKPS, Addl. SP Traffic City Jammu; Ravinder Singh, Dy.SP Traffic (HQ); Radhay Sham Koul, Accounts Officer, THQ J&K; Sunil Sawhney, DySP, Private Secretary to IGP Traffic J&K; and Rakesh Pandita, PA to IGP Traffic J&K.
IGP Traffic J&K congratulated the newly promoted officers and their families, highlighting the added responsibilities of their new roles. He encouraged them to continue their service with dedication and enthusiasm.
