Alumni, along with their families, gathered to reconnect with their alma mater and relive the treasured memories of their formative years. The event commenced with a welcome address by Capt (IN) Shibu Devasia, the Principal of Sainik School Nagrota. Cadets delighted the audience with a vibrant cultural program that included a fusion dance, a traditional Nepali dance, a street play (nukkad natak), and a captivating performance by the school's celebrated music group, 'The Decibel'. One of the key highlights was the Silver Jubilee celebration of the 1992-99 batch. Alumni from this batch expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the school, sharing anecdotes and presenting mementoes as a token of appreciation. Brig Gurmeet Singh Shan, President of the Nagrota Ex-Boys' Association (NEXAS), addressed the gathering, applauding the school's role in shaping future leaders. He also honored the outgoing Class XII cadets for their exceptional performance in the UPSC NDA Written Examination. The School Band's performance at the Drill Square was a nostalgic moment for many alumni, taking them back to their cadet days. The event also featured a grand lunch and a guided tour of the hostels and playfields, allowing alumni and their families to revisit and cherish the iconic landmarks of their school life.
