JAMMU, Dec 16: Vijay Kumar, IPS, ADGP L&O/Armed Jammu, along with Dr. Vinod Kumar, IPS, DIG Armed Jammu, decorated Shri Ab Rashid with the rank of Inspector (S) at a special ceremony held at Armed Police Headquarters Jammu. The event, which featured a piping ceremony, was attended by key officials including Syed Sajad Hussain (Private Secretary to ADGP Armed), Kuldeep Handoo (DySP), Mohd Yousuf (DySP), and Nisar Ahmad (Inspector Personnel, APHQ).
