JAMMU, Dec 17: The JK UT Strength Lifting and Inclined Bench Press Championship for men and women across Sub-Junior, Junior, Senior, and Master categories concluded successfully at Galaxy Gym 2.0, Jeevan Nagar. Organized by the JK UT Strength Lifting Association, the event witnessed participation from around 70 athletes representing various districts of the union territory.
Rajat Sharma graced the event as the chief guest, with Sh. Bishnesh (Deputy Superintendent of JK Police) as the special guest, who distributed medals among the winners and runners-up.
Vikrant Singh, Vikas Mehra, and Neha Bahu were declared Best Lifters in the Inclined Bench Press and Strength Lifting categories, earning accolades for their exceptional performances.
The event was conducted under the guidelines of the Indian Strength Lifting Federation, with officials Ajay Sharma (General Secretary), Rahul Sawhney, Deepak Jyoti, Umesh Raina, Vinay Sharma, and Vishal Singh ensuring its smooth execution. |
