Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 21: Rich Harvest School, in association with Shashvat Art Gallery and the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, hosted a grand cultural event on December 21, celebrating the rich heritage of the Dogras. The event featured Chief Guest Thakur Gulchain Singh Charak, Former Minister PWD (R&B) and Higher Education, along with Dr. Suresh Abrol, Director of Shashvat Art Gallery, Mrs. Uma Katal, Vice-Chairperson and Founder of Rich Harvest, and other distinguished dignitaries. A ceremonial lamp lighting marked the beginning of the celebration, invoking blessings of Ma Saraswati. Students and artists captivated the audience with Dogri songs, folk dances, and folklore, showcasing the vibrant Dogra culture. The Managing Director highlighted the event's emphasis on important social messages like "Beti Bachao Beti Padhao" and "Say No to Drugs, Yes to Life." Vice-Chairperson Mrs. Uma Katal encouraged students to promote Dogri language and culture to ensure its preservation.
