This significant day, declared by the United Nations on November 29, was marked under the theme "Yoga, Meditation, Sudarshan Kriya: Health and Happiness" in collaboration with the globally renowned organization Art of Living. The session focused on promoting holistic well-being among students and staff, emphasizing mental clarity, physical fitness, and inner peace. Expert instructors from the Art of Living guided participants through a series of yoga postures, breathing exercises, and the transformative Sudarshan Kriya technique. The school witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students and staff joining the session with radiant smiles and positive energy.
