Early Times Report AKHNOOR, Dec 25: The meeting of the Retired Central Armed Police Forces Barriers Welfare Association Jammu Kashmir Pradesh was held at Kameshwar Temple Akhnoor. It was chaired by Zonal President Surjit Singh. President of Jammu Kashmir State Association Ram Lal Dogra was also present in the meeting. In the meeting, first of all, emotional tributes were paid to the retired officers and soldiers of the paramilitary who passed away this month. These included retired Commandant Des Raj, retired Inspector Soba Ram, retired jawan Ambu Ram who are no longer in this world. On this occasion, issues like separating paramilitary soldiers from CCS rule, removing the huge difference in salary and pension of paramilitary forces and armed forces, etc. were discussed. While addressing the gathering, the president said that paramilitary soldiers will have to come out of their homes to get their demands accepted by the government. The retired soldiers of the entire paramilitary will have to unite and fight, only then will the government pay attention to our demands. He requested all the former paramilitary soldiers to attend every meeting of paramilitary soldiers happening around them and fulfill their duty and show their unity.
