| National Mathematics Day celebrated at Govt GLDM Degree College, Hiranagar | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 26: Govt. GLDM Degree College, Hiranagar, marked National Mathematics Day (137th Birth Anniversary of Srinivasa Ramanujan) with various events organized by the Department of Mathematics and IQAC.
Highlights:
The program began with a traditional lamp lighting and Sarasvati Vandana.
Principal Dr. Pragya Khanna extended her wishes to faculty and students.
Dr. Rajesh Sharma emphasized Ramanujan's contributions and the role of mathematics in science and technology.
Dr. Rajiv Kumar from IIT Jammu delivered a talk on congruence and its practical applications.
