Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 15: Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta strongly criticized Rahul Gandhi's recent remarks on the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), accusing the Congress leader of spreading baseless narratives to divert attention from his party's internal contradictions and failures. In a scathing statement, Gupta said, "The Nehru-Gandhi family operates with a mindset that disregards anyone outside their dynasty. Their recent move to name the Congress' new headquarters as 'Indira Bhawan,' coupled with prominently displaying a massive poster of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, reflects their misplaced priorities. It exposes their inability to recognize contributions beyond their family, even within their party." Gupta further asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and RSS do not seek validation from Rahul Gandhi or the Congress. "The BJP and RSS have a proven track record of selfless service, nation-building, and cultural preservation. Unlike the Congress, which thrives on divisive politics and sycophancy, our organizations are driven by values and a commitment to India's progress. Rahul Gandhi's attempts to discredit us are both futile and laughable," he added. Highlighting the Congress' inconsistencies, Gupta accused the party of adopting double standards in its rhetoric and actions. "While they talk of inclusivity and democracy, their actions reek of dynastic politics and a lack of accountability. Their criticism of the RSS is nothing but a desperate ploy to remain relevant," he said. Gupta concluded by reaffirming the BJP's unwavering dedication to the nation's development under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, while urging people to reject the Congress' baseless propaganda. |
