Prof. Roopali Jamwal, Convenor of the Red Ribbon Club, welcomed the attendees and highlighted the pivotal role of the club in promoting health awareness and shaping a well-informed youth committed to building a healthier society. The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Vikram Jamwal, Physical Director at Government Degree College, Paloura. He provided practical insights on personal hygiene, nutrition, environmental cleanliness, and preventive health measures. Mr. Jamwal emphasized the link between hygiene, self-confidence, and mental health, inspiring students to adopt healthy habits in their daily lives. Dr. Pragya Khanna, Principal of GLDM Degree College, stressed the need for a hygienic society and encouraged students to act as change-makers by promoting hygiene practices within their communities.
