| Absconder arrested by police station Bishnah | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Jan 25: In a continued effort to combat crime, District Police Jammu successfully apprehended an absconder who had been evading arrest for several years.
A Police team from Police Station Bishnah arrested Lucky Kumar, son of Munsha Singh, a resident of Laswara Bishnah. Kumar was wanted in connection with case FIR No. 185/2011 under sections 279/304-A of the RPC. The arrest was made after a warrant under section 512 CRPC was issued by the JMIC Bishnah, and he had been avoiding arrest since the commission of the crime.
After completing the necessary legal formalities, Kumar was presented before the Hon'ble Court for judicial determination. The Jammu Police continues its dedication to public service by swiftly taking action against criminals. |
