Bovine Smuggling Bid Foiled in Majalta, 5 Rescued 2/9/2025 10:26:38 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Feb 9: Majalta Police foiled a bovine smuggling attempt and rescued five cattle at Battal Naka point in Udhampur district. A police team led by the SHO intercepted a vehicle (JK03D-0188) during routine checking and found the animals tied cruelly inside. The driver fled, abandoning the vehicle. The rescued bovines were shifted to safety, and an FIR (No. 14/2025) has been registered at Majalta Police Station.
