JAMMU, Feb 11: The Government Railway Police (GRP) Jammu has seized heroin (Chitta) worth Rs 2 lakh from an accused in Kathua. The arrested individual has been identified as Jatinder Singh, son of Raghu Nandan Singh, a resident of Ward No. 12, Tehsil & District Kathua.
Following the recovery, a case under FIR No. 01/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station GRP Kathua, and an investigation has been initiated. This marks the second narcotics-related case registered by GRP Jammu in 2025. |
