Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 14: The School of Teacher Education and School of Social Sciences, Cluster University of Jammu, in collaboration with Govt. College of Education, Jammu, organized a two-day national seminar on "Roadmap for Revamping Higher Education through NEP-2020" on Feb 14-15, 2025. The seminar was inaugurated by Prof. K.S. Chandrasekar, Vice-Chancellor, Cluster University of Jammu, with Ms. Ankur Mahajan (JKAS), Registrar, in attendance. Prof. N. Panchnadam, Vice-Chancellor, GRI, Gandhigram Rural Institute, was the Chief Guest. Several deans and principals from Jammu division colleges also graced the event. Prof. Chandrasekar emphasized NEP-2020 as a transformative reform aimed at holistic, flexible, and multidisciplinary education. Prof. Panchnadam highlighted the significance of practical learning and interdisciplinary approaches for fostering innovation. Following the inaugural session, participants presented research papers in online and offline sessions. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vishal Sharma, Dean, SOSS. Dr. Shalini Rana efficiently conducted the proceedings. |
