JAMMU, Feb 15: The Electoral Literacy Club, in collaboration with the NSS unit of GDC Sidhra, organized a "Reading of the Preamble" to celebrate 75 years of the adoption of the Indian Constitution. Faculty members and students, including NSS volunteers, recited the Preamble, reaffirming its core values of Sovereignty, Secularism, Democracy, Socialism, Republic, Equality, Liberty, and Fraternity.
The event, coordinated by Dr. Meesha Bhagat and Dr. Purvaiya Hans under the guidance of Principal Dr. GS Rakwal, emphasized the Preamble's role in understanding constitutional rights and ensuring awareness among students. |
