CYBERAWARETHON marks the initiation of MCM Meraki 2025

CHANDIGARH, Feb 15: Meraki 2025- the two-day annual fest of Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, Chandigarh, took off to a flying start with a marathon titled CYBERAWARETHON. It was held at the Sukhna Lake and the event witnessed the enthusiastic presence of nearly 500 participants. The event was graced by Deputy Superintendent of Police Sh. P. Abhinandan, who not only attended as the Chief Guest but also participated, securing an impressive fourth position. His dedication and sportsmanship spirit served as an inspiration for all. The event was further graced by the presence of Officiating Principal Ms. Suman Mahajan, staff members, and Student Council along with the other students. Following the marathon, a nukkad natak on cyber awareness captivated the audience, highlighting the importance of online safety and digital responsibility. The event concluded with an award ceremony, leaving everyone with renewed enthusiasm for the upcoming fest. The top 50 winners were rewarded for their remarkable performances.
Ms. Suman Mahajan motivated the participants and acknowledged their relentless efforts. She added that the marathon, alongside the awareness initiative, truly embodied the spirit of Meraki i.e. passion, commitment, and excellence.
