KATHUA, Feb 21: The PG Department of Geography, GDC Kathua, under the leadership of Principal Prof. Seema Mir, organized two insightful guest lectures for M.A/M.Sc. 2nd & 4th semester students.
Prof. Gurdyal, Head of the Department, welcomed the speakers and attendees. Dr. Inderjeet Singh, Assistant Professor at the University of Jammu, delivered the first lecture on "Water Resources in Jammu and Kashmir," emphasizing the significance of conservation at local and regional levels.
The second lecture was presented by Prof. Mohd. Sarfaraz Asghar, Head of the PG Department of Geography, University of Jammu, who discussed "Mountain Environment and its Changing Dimensions at the Global Level."
