JAMMU, Feb 21: The Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court transferred 11 chief Administrative Officers.
According to the order issued by MK Sharma Principal Secretary to Chief Justice that Ali Mohammad Kumar, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kupwara is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Baramulla whereas Mohammad Yousuf Shah, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Baramulla is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Budgam whereas Rubina Akhter, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Budgam is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar whereas Molvi Muzaffer Hussain, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Srinagar is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora whereas Rouful Mushtaq Rouf, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bandipora is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kupwara vice Ali Mohammad Kumar.
Shamsher Singh, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kulgam & currently attached with the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu is hereby detached and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge Udhampur against the available vacancy, Mangat Ram Parihar, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Reasi whereas Anil Kumar Puri, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Reasi is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Samba, to be effective after the retirement of Ms. Madhu Sharma, Chief Administrative Officer i.e on 28.02.2025. Madan Lal-ll, Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri is transferred and posted as such in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Jammu, Ram Jyoti Sharma, Section Officer, Spl. Judge Anti- Corruption (CBI), Jammu, upon his promotion is transferred & posted as Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Kathua against the available vacancy. Sanjeev Dogra, Section Officer in the Court of Pr. District & Sessions Judge, Poonch & currently attached with High Court, Wing Jammu, upon promotion is transferred & posted as Chief Administrative Officer in the Court of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Rajouri.
