Early Times Report
JAMMU, Feb 25: A delegation from the All Jammu Based Reserved Category Employees Association Kashmir (AJBRCEAK), led by President Anil Radha, met MLA Jammu North, Sham Lal Sharma, to highlight their demands, including the early notification of a Comprehensive Transfer Policy for which an empowered committee has already been constituted.
Hemraj Lakhotra, Drafting Secretary, raised concerns about Jammu-based reserved category teachers who have been posted in far-flung areas like Uri and Julha zones of Baramulla district for the past 12 years without transfer. Vijay Kumar, another member, emphasized the need for safe and secure accommodations at the district level and the adjustment of employees in safe zones/headquarters within Kashmir Valley.
The delegation also included Ram Krishan Salgotra and Anil Kumar, who supported the demands, urging immediate intervention for the welfare of these employees.
