Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 4: Vikram Randhawa, senior BJP leader and MLA from Bahu Constituency, today conducted an extensive tour of Ward No. 21, Gandhi Nagar, as part of his ongoing Public Outreach Programme. The visit was aimed at understanding the grievances of the residents firsthand and ensuring immediate redressal of their concerns. During the tour, Randhawa interacted with a large number of locals who shared issues related to power supply, water scarcity, sanitation, road infrastructure, and other civic amenities. In a proactive approach to address these concerns, he was accompanied by officials from various departments, including Power Development Department (PDD), Jammu Smart City Limited, Public Works Department (PWD), Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC), Public Health Engineering (PHE), and Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL). The officials provided on-the-spot solutions to several problems, reinforcing the administration's commitment to public welfare. Addressing the gathering, Vikram Randhawa highlighted the BJP's unwavering commitment to resolving public grievances promptly. He assured the residents that their concerns would be addressed on priority and emphasized the importance of continuous interaction between elected representatives and the public. "The BJP is dedicated to serving the people at the grassroots level, ensuring that every citizen benefits from development initiatives launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government," he asserted. The MLA also reviewed ongoing development works and directed the officials to expedite the completion of pending projects, ensuring quality and timely execution. He further announced that new projects focusing on road repair, drainage systems, and power infrastructure will soon be initiated to enhance the living standards in Ward No. 21. Prominent BJP leaders, including Rahul Sharma, Mandal President, Lovisha Gupta, Varun Gupta, Bhushan Verma, Arvind Gupta, Nirmal Devi, and Arun Khosla, were present during the visit. The residents appreciated Randhawa's visit and his dedication to addressing their issues effectively.
