Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 12: Dogra Law College, Dogra Degree College, and Dogra College of Education, in association with Traffic Police Samba, organized a Traffic Awareness Programme at Dogra Educational Trust (DET) Auditorium. The event aimed to educate students on road safety, traffic rules, and responsible driving. The programme commenced with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, followed by a welcome address by Arushi Khajuria, Senior Lecturer at Dogra Law College. The event was graced by Girdhari Lal Sharma, Senior Superintendent of Police, Traffic Rural Jammu, as the distinguished guest, Sukhdev Singh Jamwal, Dy. SP Traffic Samba-Kathua, and Kartar Nath, SI Traffic Police Bari Brahmana.
