THANNAMANDI, Mar 15: Kamran Lateef of Government Degree College (GDC) Thannamandi, brought laurels to Jammu University and Higher Education Department by winning first prize in Photography at 38th Inter-University National Youth Festival held at Amity University Noida. Prof. Umesh Rai, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu, felicitated Kamran who represented the University at the 38th Inter-University National Youth Festival organized by Amity University, Noida, under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi. Kamran received a medal, trophy and certificate from the Vice Chancellor of Jammu University, in the presence of the members of Dean Student Welfare. He was also assured of participation in future workshops at Jammu University.
