Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 19: To assess the progress of various projects funded through capital expenditure (CAPEX), the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP), the Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS), and NABARD for the current financial year, Dr. Parvinder Singh, Director of Animal Husbandry Jammu, convened a meeting today at the Directorate of Animal Husbandry in Talab Tillo, Jammu. The meeting was attended by all Chief Animal Husbandry Officers from the Jammu Division, along with the Deputy Director of Planning, the Extension Officer from the Publicity Wing of Jammu, and a Technical Officer from the Directorate. During this meeting, Dr. Singh reviewed both physical and financial achievements under CAPEX, HADP/JKCIP, and CSS budgets. Additionally, he addressed several other important topics including the National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP), National Agricultural Innovation Project (NAIP), and the documentation of success stories related to these initiatives.The Director stressed the necessity for timely and efficient utilization of allocated funds. This approach is crucial for creating quality assets that will significantly enhance rural development and increase farmers' incomes.
