BMS fully support regularization demand of daily wagers and early settlement of their issues | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 26: Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh alleged in a press conference that Govt. is just passing time by constituting fresh committee for looking after the affairs of Daily wagers those who are discharging their legitimate duties even for permanent employees but very miser wages of Rs 9300/- fixed for un skilled labour are being paid and for same nature of work regular employees are getting more than five- six fold salaries. BMS alleged that forming committee's are just an eye wash as in the past also numbers of committees had been formed and their reports are laying in the shelves of Govt. BMS demand that Govt. should bring an white paper on the points raised by the Hon'ble MLA Sh. Sham Lal Sharma so that discrimination with Jammu province must be bring in public domain. BMS demands that till the so called fresh committee report comes SRO 520 be implemented hence forth with and pending wages be also released immediately. BMS also had brought in to the notice of Home minister and Finance Minister Govt. of India the grievances of Daily wagers but state Govt. has also not put up the issue of daily wagers with central Govt. seriously BMS also condemned Lathi Charge on the poor daily wagers and BMS alleged that Salaries and perks of MLA and Ex MLA are revised just in days and for them there is no problems of Funds and on the other hand for daily wagers, Govt. is not serious.
