Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 31: On 31 Mar 25, 84 Bn CRPF celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr with religious fervour and great enthusiasm at its Tac Hq Chanderkote Ramban. The event was participated by around 100 people, including Sh N Ranbir Singh Commandant, Sh Arvind Kumar Dixit Second-in-Command, Sh Vikram Singh Second-in-Command, Unit personnel, local residents, media personnel, and dignitaries, with the aim to foster a spirit of brotherhood and unity. During the function, officers and Jawans exchanged warm Eid greetings. Imams Maulana Altaf and Maulana Javid of Jamia Masjid Chanderkote offered Eid prayers, that was joined by personnel of 84 Bn. They also spoke about the significance of the day, emphasizing the values of peace, harmony, and togetherness. Speaking on the occasion, Sh N Ranbir Singh highlighted the CRPF's commitment to pluralism, national integration and community engagement. Eid-ul-Fitr symbolizes compassion, unity, sharing and generosity. Celebrating this festival with the local people reinforces the deep-rooted connection between the force and the people we serve.
