SCJS celebrates Navratras with devotion, culture, social service | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 2: The Senior Citizens Joy Society (SCJS), in collaboration with Vichar Kranti Manch International (VKMI), organized a grand event to mark the significance of Navratras and its cultural and spiritual relevance. The event was graced by MLA Vikram Randhawa (Bahu, Jammu) as the chief guest and was presided over by I.D. Soni, an eminent educationist and philanthropist. Special invitees included Rameswar Mengi, Chairman, Group of Institutions, and Rattan Lal Mahajan (Rattoo Shah), former two-time President of Ware House & Nehru Market Federation. Spiritual Discourse: Ashok Gupta, President SCJS, and H.C. Vaid, Executive Member, elaborated on the Nine Swaroops of Maa Durga and their significance in leading a virtuous life. Tribute to Dr. Shreyansh Kumar Jain: A special celebration was held for Dr. Jain's birthday, recognizing his five decades of contributions to social welfare and yoga.
