Agencies MANDI GOBINDGARH, Apr 15: In a moment of great pride and recognition, Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor of Desh Bhagat University, was conferred with a special honour by the Young Progressive Sikh Forum (YPSF) during a grand Baisakhi celebration held at the prestigious Bel-La-Monde Hotel in Delhi. The event, led by Dr. Prabhleen Singh, President of YPSF and Officer on Special Duty to the Haryana Government, brought together eminent personalities and community leaders to celebrate cultural heritage and progress. Dr. Singh, who graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour, was applauded for his remarkable contributions to the field of education and his unwavering commitment to community service.
