According to police sources, the Cyber Cell received eight complaints from individuals who had fallen prey to various forms of online financial fraud. Acting swiftly, the dedicated team of cyber experts at District Police Office (DPO) Udhampur initiated prompt investigations and coordinated with financial institutions to reverse the transactions. Their timely intervention and technical proficiency led to the successful recovery and restoration of the entire defrauded amount back into the complainants’ bank accounts.
