JAMMU, Apr 26: In a moving tribute to the victims of the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, the students of S.D. Tara Puri Public High School organized a solemn candle march today, expressing their grief and solidarity with the bereaved families.
The march began from the school premises, proceeded towards Last Morh, Gole Market, and returned to the school, with students, teachers, the Principal, and staff participating in a display of unity, silence, and deep empathy. Participants carried lit candles and placards bearing messages of peace, condolences, and resilience.
During the gathering, the Principal addressed the students and staff, strongly condemning the act of violence and urging everyone to uphold the values of peace, humanity, and national integrity. He emphasized the crucial role of the younger generation in fostering a society grounded in compassion and unity.
