He urged the youth to critically question and completely reject substance use, emphasising that every contribution to this illegal ecosystem indirectly supports forces that destabilise the nation and threaten innocent lives. Bisht also undertook campus tour, during which he expressed genuine admiration for LPU's expansive infrastructure and world-class facilities.
