3-day Bocce Ball training camp-2025 concluded

Jammu, Dec 22: The Raffa Boules India Federation successfully concluded a three-day free Bocce Ball (Raffa) training camp at Sukh Sagar Bhawan, Jammu.
More than 200 players from various schools and clubs of Jammu province participated in the camp. Players of all age groups, including senior citizens, actively took part and enjoyed learning and playing the game, highlighting that Bocce Ball is suitable for everyone. Shri Koshal Sharma, SSP PCR Jammu,DSP Mr .Shartai Chandan SinghDr. Neeraj Sharma (Registrar, University of Jammu) Were Present Day One.
Mr. Sunny Nanda explained to the guests that Bocce Ball is an international sport and is affiliated with the International Olympic Committee. He highlighted that this game is based on eye–hand coordination and helps in improving focus, accuracy, and physical control.
He further added that Bocce Ball is a game for everyone, as it can be played by children, adults, and senior citizens, making it an inclusive sport suitable for all age groups.

On this occasion, Dr.Arvind Karwani appreciated the sport and stated that Bocce Ball is an excellent game for both senior citizens and young children, as it can be played by all age groups. He thanked Mr. Sunny Nanda, General Secretary, for promoting such inclusive sports in India along with his dedicated team.
At the conclusion of the camp, prizes were distributed to the winners. The vote of thanks was presented by Shri Sucha Singh, an international Bocce Ball player who recently represented India in Turkey.
