Jodhamal’s Nishant Tops Vidyarthi Vigyaan Manthan 2025

Jammu, Dec 26: Jodhamal School continues to uphold its legacy of excellence as its students achieve remarkable success in the prestigious Vidyarthi Vigyaan Manthan (VVM) 2025, the nation’s largest science talent search examination. Organized by Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar and NCERT, VVM serves as a platform to foster scientific inquiry and nurture innovation among young minds, aiming to identify and cultivate exceptional talent in science and technology.
Nishant Pathak of Jodhamal Public School secured the top rank in Jammu & Kashmir and has now qualified for the VVM National Level, bringing immense pride to Jodhamal School.
The first and second rounds of VVM were conducted online, following which 15 students from Jodhamal School qualified for the third round (State Level). The State Level Round was recently held at CSIR–IIIM, Jammu, where students showcased their advanced scientific knowledge and analytical skills.
The following 15 students from Jodhamal School qualified for the State Level Round:
Soham Singh (Class VII), Samaira Sharma (Class VII), Vinayak (Class VII), Adiv Jain (Class VII), Vivaan Yadav (Class VIII), Arvind Angurana (Class IX), Nishant Pathak (Class IX), Sharanya (Class IX), Jayendra Singh Jasrotia (Class IX), Daksh (Class IX), Pavitt Singh (Class X), Milan Mahajan (Class X), Achyut Pandita (Class XI), Ashutosh Manawa (Class XI), and Ayesha Tanveer (Class XI).
This stage provided the qualified students with an opportunity to demonstrate their scientific prowess and move closer to national recognition in this esteemed competition. Their remarkable achievements can be attributed to their relentless hard work and the dedicated mentorship of Mr Avinash Singh, Ms Shallu Singh Jamwal, Ms Elizabeth, Ms Ridhima Jain, Ms Damandeep Kour, Ms Poonam, and Mr Vardaan, who played a crucial role in guiding them throughout this challenging journey.
Jodhamal School remains steadfast in its mission to nurture young scientific minds, shaping a generation of critical thinkers and innovators poised to make meaningful contributions to the global scientific community.
The Trustee, Mr Nandan Kuthiala, and Director, Mrs Arati Kuthiala, lauded the students’ achievements, emphasizing the school’s commitment to fostering scientific temperament, innovation, and excellence through strong mentorship and parental support. Principal, Dr Deep Khare, and Vice Principal, Mrs Amita Arora, congratulated the students and encouraged them to continue excelling in the field of science and technology.
