Yoga, wellness programs of Bharatiya Yog Sansthan receive SBI Support under CSR

Jammu, Dec 28: Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, Gole Gujral, Jammu, continues to actively promote yoga and holistic well-being among people of all age groups through its sustained community-based initiatives rooted in ancient Indian yoga practices.
The Sansthan regularly organizes daily yoga classes, free yoga camps, pranayama and meditation sessions, and awareness programmes aimed at enhancing physical fitness, mental peace, and social harmony. Special emphasis is laid on involving youth, women, senior citizens, and working professionals, encouraging them to adopt a disciplined and stress-free lifestyle.
To facilitate the smooth conduct of these ongoing activities, the Sansthan has received essential infrastructure support under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative of State Bank of India. The support was facilitated by Shri Jayant Mani, Deputy General Manager, SBI Jammu, and Shri Ajay Kamdi, Assistant General Manager, RBO-2. In addition, Shri Kamal Kishore, Branch Manager, ACB Jammu, Paloura, provided special support for the coordination and organization of the programme. The event marking this support was held on 26th December 2025.
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Satyapal, Prantiya Pradhan, Bharatiya Yog Sansthan, expressed appreciation for SBI’s support and stated that such cooperation enhances the Sansthan’s ability to reach to more people and continue serving society through yoga and wellness programmes.
Bharatiya Yog Sansthan reaffirmed its commitment to spreading yoga as a way of life and working towards a healthier, more balanced, and harmonious society.
