Jammu, Jan 9: British Ravidasia Heritage Foundation, Indian Branch National General Secretary and former Vice Chairman, Balbir Ram Rattan, extended warm greetings to noted businessman and social activist Prem Gupta on the occasion of his 71st birthday by presenting him a sacred copy of Nittname, the Vaani of Guru Ravidass. The day also marked the completion of one year of free langar seva, which was started by Prem Gupta on his birthday last year with the noble aim of serving humanity. The uninterrupted langar service over the past year has benefitted countless people and stands as a shining example of selfless service inspired by the teachings of Guru Ravidas Ji and other great saints. Congratulating Prem Gupta on completing 70 years of life and stepping into his 71st year, Balbir Ram Rattan said that reaching this milestone is not merely a matter of age, but a reflection of a life lived with purpose, compassion, and dedication to society. He stated that Guru Vaani is a source of spiritual wisdom and moral guidance, and presenting it on such an auspicious occasion symbolises the values of truth, humility, and service that Prem Gupta embodies in his daily life. Balbir Ram Rattan further lauded Prem Gupta’s remarkable contribution to social welfare, noting that he has always been at the forefront when it comes to helping the poor, needy, and underprivileged. He added that Prem Gupta has earned a strong reputation as a compassionate human being and responsible citizen, whose actions speak louder than words.
