JAMMU, Jan 9: May Fair International School Shines Bright with "Ek Rishta - Bond of Love", Senior Wing Annual Fuction 2026.
May Fair International School, Jammu presented its spectacular Annual Function Ek Rishta Bond of Love by the Senior Wing Students showcasing the brilliance of young talent, cultural vibrancy and global harmony.
The grand event commenced with a warm welcome to the esteemed dignitaries. Chief Guest: Sushri Devyani Rana Honbl'e MLA, Nagrota Constituency, Jammu. Guests of Honour: Gourav Gupta Spokesperson BJP Jammu, Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu Spokesperson BJP Jammu, Dr. Ajay Sharma (JKPS), SP South, Jammu & Rameshwar Singh Manhas, President, JKPSCC.

The celebration began with the auspicious lamp lighting ceremony symbolizing the illumination of knowledge, values and unity. The programme then unfolded with enthralling performances including Saraswati Vandana, Social Media, Love with Books, Shiv Tandav Bhangra representing Cultural Heritage, unity, innovation. Last but not the Least Operation Sindoor, the latter saluting India's brave martyrs.
The audience applauded the confidence, discipline and creativity of the Students, appreciating the efforts of teachers and mentors behind the scenes. Addressing the gathering, Director Abhey Basur expressed immense pride in the students' performances and encouraged them to continue shining with knowledge and humanity. The Annual Report was presented by Dr. Neha Gupta School Incharge, highlighting the school's achievements in its journey toward holistic excellence.
The event was graced by Management Committee members. Anita Basur, Secretary - May Fair Schools, Sandeep Sharma, Chief Advisor May Fair Schools, Radhika Basur, Trustee May Fair Schools whose presence added to the aura of the evening.
150+ Students were felicitated for their outstanding achievements in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. Special awards were presented to 100% Attendance Students, Class Toppers & Board Toppers From Class 10th, 11th & 12th. Around 40 Staff Members were also honoured with Momentos for their Outstanding Work in Last Sessions. The event concluded with a vibrant grand finale dance performance, bringing the evening to a colourful and energetic close. Speed Ball & Wushu Games were also diplayed by the students.
Vote of thanks was delivered by Sandeep Sharma, Chief Advisor -May Fair Schools expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, parents, teachers and students for making the event a grand success. May Fair Schools continue to nurture future-ready citizens who will illuminate the world with their knowledge, values and aspirations.
