Jammu, Jan 11: Dozens of local youths joined the 'Rakshak' wing of the Shiv Sena (UBT) Jammu and Kashmir unit today. At a program held in Goswami Basti, in the Bagh-e-Bahu police station area of Jammu, dozens of local youths, impressed by the party's policies and ideology, joined the 'Rakshak' wing. On this occasion, State President Manish Sahni welcomed the members of the Rakshak wing with a Shiv Bandhan and the party's symbol. Sahni said that the 'Rakshak' wing has been formed with the pledge to promote Sanatan Dharma and eradicate social evils such as corruption, crime, drug abuse, and cow smuggling. The youths joining this wing are administered an oath to promote Sanatan Dharma and raise their voices against and make every possible effort to eliminate social evils like corruption, drug abuse, drug trafficking, and cow smuggling. Gora Sharma, Kaka, Lokesh, Gora Kumar, Tarun, Lovely, Rohit Singh, and Rishabh joined the 'Rakshak' wing. Gora Sharma was appointed the president of the 'Rakshak' wing for Ward 47. Vikas Bakshi, Aditya Mahajan, and Shan Goswami were also present on this occasion.
