The grand unveiling was performed by Dr. Koushal Kumar Sharma (JKPS), Senior Superintendent of Police PCR Jammu (Promoted to DIG), alongside prominent Social Activist and Chairman of the Samvedna Society, Keshav Chopra. Sung by the melodic Ashok Kumar, the song features evocative lyrics by RL Bhardwaj and a rhythmic composition by Nirbhay Slathia.
