Arvind Gupta inaugurates Community Hall at Kali Mata Mandir

JAMMU, Jan 15: MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta today inaugurated the newly constructed Community Hall at Shri Kali Mata Mandir, Talab Tillo, Ward No. 30, marking another major step toward strengthening community infrastructure in the area. The second floor of the temple complex has been built at a cost of Rs 29 lakh under the initiative of MLA Jammu West Arvind Gupta.
The facility has been developed to provide a modern and comfortable space for religious, cultural, and social gatherings of the local residents. The community hall is expected to benefit hundreds of families by offering a dedicated venue for events, meetings, and welfare activities.
Addressing the gathering, Arvind Gupta said, "This community hall is not just a building. It is a symbol of our commitment to serve people and preserve our cultural and spiritual values. Public facilities like this help bring people together and create stronger neighbourhoods."
He added, "Every rupee spent on public welfare must create lasting value. This project was planned with care so that the people of Talab Tillo get a quality facility that serves them for many years. Development must always reach the grassroots."
The MLA further stated, "Our aim is to improve basic infrastructure in every ward of Jammu West. Whether it is roads, drainage, parks, or community halls, we are working in a planned way to raise the standard of living of our citizens."
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mahant Mahadev Giri Ji, Executive Engineer JMC Project Division Lokesh Gupta, Mandal President Anil Angral, Ayodhya Gupta, Keshav Chopra, former Corporator Balwant Kumar Balu, Arun Dubey, Puneet Gupta, Sonali Gupta, and Deepak Kumar, along with a large number of local residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahant Mahadev Giri Ji expressed gratitude to Arvind Gupta for supporting the temple and the community. He said the new hall would greatly help in organising religious functions and community programmes in a dignified manner.
