Mahika Sharma Brings Glory to DPS, Jammu with Outstanding Performance at J&K UT Weightlifting Championship

JAMMU, Jan 16: Delhi Public School, Jammu proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of Mahika Sharma, a student of Class XI-G (Session 2025-26), who delivered an exceptional performance at the Jammu & Kashmir UT Weightlifting Championship 2025-26 and the Jammu District Weightlifting Championship, held at the Multipurpose Sports Complex, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.
Competing in both the Youth and Junior categories, Mahika displayed extraordinary strength, discipline, and sportsmanship, securing an impressive four medals across district and Union Territory levels.
At the Jammu District Weightlifting Championship, Mahika clinched two Gold Medals, establishing her dominance and earning top honours in her category. Continuing her stellar performance at the J&K UT Championship, she added two Silver Medals to her tally while competing against the best weightlifters from across the Union Territory.
