HIRANAGAR, Jan 21: GDC Hiranagar Shines at Chancellor Trophy, University of Jammu Students of Government Degree College (GDC) Hiranagar brought laurels to the institution by delivering an outstanding performance at the Chancellor Trophy held at the University of Jammu from 15th to 19th January 2026.
Ragav Tadia and Atul Verma, students of 4th Semester, displayed exceptional talent and determination by securing Gold Medals in their respective events, thereby enhancing the academic and sporting prestige of Government Degree College Hiranagar.
On their return, the Principal of GDC Hiranagar felicitated the medal winners in a special interaction, applauding their hard work, discipline, and commitment. The Principal also motivated the students to continue striving for excellence in academics as well as co-curricular activities, emphasizing the importance of sports in holistic personality development.
