The event was dedicated to motivating new and first-time voters to actively engage in the electoral process and recognize voting as their fundamental democratic duty, in line with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's vision of "Janbhagidari Se Rashtranirman" (Nation-building through people's participation).

The rally began from GCW Gandhi Nagar, passed through Green Belt Park Road and Hospital Road, and culminated back at the college campus, spreading the powerful message of voter participation across the community.
The programme commenced with the administration of the National Voter's Day Pledge by dignitaries and participants, reaffirming their commitment to uphold democratic values and ensure maximum participation of first-time voters in upcoming elections.
