Early Times Report

New Delhi, Feb 4: Kailash Deepak Hospital, one of Delhi NCR’s leading healthcare institutions, reaffirmed its patient-centric commitment on World Cancer Day by hosting Ehsaas, a special programme celebrating the courage, resilience, and hope of cancer warriors. The event was designed not just to inform, but to inspire, uplift, and honour the courage of those who have overcome cancer with remarkable resilience.
The day brought together over 16 extraordinary cancer warriors and their families, each sharing deeply personal stories of struggle, triumph, and hope. Held within the hospital premises, Ehsaas radiated warmth, solidarity, and celebration, embodying the hospital’s heartfelt commitment to standing by patients and their loved ones, not only as healthcare providers but as pillars of support in life’s most challenging moments.
The programme honoured cancer warriors and featured heartfelt performances by them, showcasing their courage, resilience, and determination. Each act was a moving tribute, reflecting not only the personal triumphs of the warriors but also the broader ethos of Kailash Healthcare, where clinical excellence is paired with long-term emotional support and rehabilitation to help patients rediscover confidence, purpose, and joy beyond cancer.
The event also recorded a session by a senior oncologist, followed by interactive discussions with the people present at the hospital, emphasizing the critical role of early detection, regular screening, and a holistic approach to care, reminding everyone that timely intervention and a supportive environment can empower patients to reclaim their lives with hope and confidence.
Elated on the occasion, Dr Pallavi Sharma, Director, Kailash Healthcare, said, “With Ehsaas, we again reaffirm our commitment to provide best healthcare for our patients. Today, on World Cancer Day, we celebrate the courage of every cancer warrior. Such occasions are the way to show our support to the patients and their families not just through treatment but in reclaiming life, confidence and hope beyond cancer.”
Adding on to Dr. Pallavi’s words, Dr Sangeeta Goel, Director, Kailash Deepak Hospital, said, “Witnessing the courage and spirit of our cancer warriors today was truly inspiring. At Kailash Deepak Hospital, we walk alongside our patients at every step, providing not just medical care but the emotional strength and encouragement they need to embrace life fully beyond cancer.”
