DODA, Feb 10: In a proactive initiative to enhance emergency response capabilities, and on the directions of SSP Doda, Doda Police, in collaboration with Community Health Centre (CHC) Thathri, organised an awareness programme on "Basic Life Support, First Aid & CPR" at Police Station Thathri.
During the programme, a medical team from CHC Thathri imparted comprehensive training along with practical demonstrations to police personnel on essential life-saving techniques, including Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), first aid procedures, and basic life support measures. The session aimed at equipping the police staff with crucial skills required to respond effectively during medical emergencies, accidents, and other critical situations.
The initiative was well appreciated by the participating police personnel, who actively engaged in the session and sought clarifications regarding emergency medical care. Such programmes form part of Doda Police's continued efforts to enhance professional capacity and ensure better public service delivery. |
