Samba, Feb 12: Samba Police has recovered one more pistol from the hardcore criminal who was arrested yesterday in a case FIR No.12/2026 registered at Police Station Ramgarh.
On 11.02.2026, a team of Police Station Ramgarh had arrested a hardcore criminal namely Ranju Choudhary S/o Kuldeep Singh R/o Kathar tehsil Arnia district Jammu and recovered one pistol alongwith 05 live cartridges and approximately 20.23 grams of heroin-like substance (chitta) from his possession. Accordingly, a case FIR No. 12/2026 u/s 111 BNS, 8/21/22 NDPS Act and 3/25 Arms Act was registered at PS Ramgarh and investigation started.
During the course of investigation, the accused “Ranju Choudhary” was put to sustained questioning and on his disclosure, police has recovered one more pistol from his residence at Kathar.
