Dental Check-Up Camp Conducted at Rich Harvest School for Students

JAMMU, Feb 13: A comprehensive Dental Check-Up Camp was successfully organized at Rich Harvest School for students from Pre-Nursery to Grade 1. The initiative aimed to promote early oral health awareness and preventive dental care among young children.
The camp was conducted by a distinguished panel of dental professionals:

During the camp, each child underwent a detailed oral screening to assess dental hygiene, cavity risks, alignment concerns and overall oral health. The team emphasized the importance of brushing techniques, healthy eating habits and regular dental visits. Age-appropriate oral hygiene instructions were shared with students in an interactive and friendly manner to ensure positive results.
Parents were provided with individualized feedback and recommendations for further treatment where required. The initiative highlighted the importance of early detection and prevention in maintaining lifelong oral health.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shatakshi Sharma emphasized, "Instilling good oral hygiene habits at a young age is crucial. Through such school dental camps, we aim to create awareness and ensure children grow up with healthy smiles."
Ms Anita Bhatia, Head of the Institute and Mrs Ruchi Charak, Director of the School, expressed gratitude to the dental team for their valuable contribution to student health and well-being.
This collaborative effort marks a significant step towards promoting preventive dental care and spreading awareness about the importance of oral health among young learners.
