Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 17: Bahu Constituency MLA, Ch. Vikram Randhawa today inaugurated the upgradation work of lane and drain at Extension 4, Sanjay Nagar, Ward No. 46, executed under his Constituency Development Fund (CDF), reflecting his continued commitment towards strengthening civic infrastructure at the grassroots level. The project, aimed at improving basic infrastructure and ensuring better sanitation facilities for residents, has been successfully completed and formally handed over to the local community. The inauguration was carried out in the presence of officials from Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) and local residents, including Mandal President Sahil Mahajan along with his team. Local residents expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the MLA for utilizing his CDF effectively to address their long-pending demand and improve the overall living conditions in the area. They appreciated his proactive approach towards development and public welfare. Speaking on the occasion, the MLA highlighted that his Constituency Development Fund is being judiciously utilized to ensure equitable development across all wards, with a focus on essential services such as roads, drains, sanitation, and public convenience. He reaffirmed that such initiatives will continue to uplift the standard of living and accelerate development in Bahu constituency. He further assured the residents that more developmental works funded under CDF are in the pipeline and will be executed in a time-bound manner to benefit the public at large. |
