Dogra Degree College signs MoU with Amisoft Technologies Pvt Ltd to Enhance Industry-Oriented Skill Training

JAMMU, Feb 19: Dogra Degree College (Autonomous), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amisoft Technologies Private Limited, an authorised Tally Training & Certification Partner, to strengthen industry-oriented skill development and enhance the employability of students through professional accounting and financial software training.
The MoU was formally signed between Dr. Bela Thakur, Director, Dogra Group of Colleges, and Naveen Sharma, Director, Amisoft Technologies Private Limited in the esteemed presence of Dr. Samar Dev Singh Charak, Secretary, Dogra Educational Trust, R. S. Katal (ITS), Member, Advisory Committee & Governing Body and Dr. Dharamveer Sharma, Dean, Dogra Degree College. The event was graced by Dr. Gitika Sehgal, Coordinator, Dogra Educational Trust, and Rakesh Mohan Koul, Program Incharge BBA & B.Com.
This partnership is aimed at facilitating student development programs. Amisoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. will deliver structured training in Tally across Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced & Professional levels through certified trainers, practical lab sessions, assessments, and certification support. The programme will be integrated within the academic framework of Dogra Degree College, providing students with hands-on exposure to accounting, taxation, and financial software applications, thereby strengthening their job-readiness and professional competencies.
The college leadership highlighted that the collaboration reflects Dogra Degree College's commitment to bridging the academia-industry gap and equipping students with contemporary, market-relevant skills. The initiative will significantly benefit students of BBA, B.Com and other allied programmes by offering industry-aligned certification alongside their degree programmes.
Amisoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reaffirmed their commitment to delivering quality training, industry-relevant curriculum, and continuous academic support to ensure meaningful learning outcomes and improved employability prospects for students.
The MoU marks another important step in Dogra Degree College's ongoing efforts to foster partnerships with reputed industry players and create robust pathways for skill development, internships, and career opportunities for its students.
