| Samba police arrests absconder, executes arrest warrant under section 512 CrPC | | |

SAMBA, Feb 28: Samba Police has arrested an absconder in connection with a case registered at Police Station Samba during the year 2013 and executed the arrest warrant issued by the Hon'ble Court Samba under section 512 CrPC for non-appearance of the accused during trial proceedings.
A team of District Police Samba succeeded in arresting an absconder namely Vijay Kumar S/o Bindru Ram R/o Mananu tehsil & district Samba in case FIR No. 16/2013 u/s 279, 304-A RPC registered at PS Samba.
Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and was sent to District Jail Kathua by the Hon'ble court Samba. Thus, the arrest warrant U/S 512 CrPC issued against him got executed. |
