First steps towards national defense academy - country service

For the youth of India, serving the country is not just a job, but a great responsibility and pride. The most important stage is to realize this dream National Defense Academy (NDA). The organization produces officers for the three military forces: Army, Navy and Air Force.
Establishment and importance
The NDA. Founded in 1954 and is located in Khadakvasala near Pune, It is the first tri-service academy in the world where cadets from all three military forces prepare together. It not only prepares soldiers but also develops academic learning, moral values and virtuous qualities.
Selection process
The NDA. It is not easy to get admitted.Candidates must apply for UPSC. The examination conducted by the .After this, there is an interview and a medical check by the service selection board. This process fully test the intelligence, physical ability and morale of the youth.
Rigorous training and discipline
The NDA. During the three-year rigorous training, cadets are taught the virtues of discipline, time value, team work and leadership. The training is regular and consistent every day from morning parade to sports and academic classes. It gives them strength to stand firm even in difficult circumstances.
Centre of individual development
The NDA. The soldier does not only make an officer, but also makes a perfect person. Here the cadets are taught the values of honesty, patriotism and humanity.After completing the training, they are sent to their respective service academies for the next stage.
Excellent
The National Defense Academy is the first and strongest step towards country service for youth.This is where dreams become reality and ordinary young people become heroic officers of the country. NDA Admission is not only a means to an end, but also a true symbol of devotion to the country.
