| GGM Sc college students encourage youth to honour inspiring Women | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Mar 8: As part of the ongoing Winter Camp, the NSS Units of GGM Science College, Jammu organised an online video making competition on the theme “Women Who Inspire You.” NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated in the activity and created short, thoughtful videos highlighting women who have positively influenced their lives and inspired them through their strength, dedication and achievements.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. (Dr.) Romesh Kumar Gupta, principal of the college appreciated the initiative and said that such activities help students recognise the invaluable role of women in society and inspire them to respect and learn from their contributions. He also encouraged students to continue expressing their ideas creatively through such meaningful platforms.
The activity encouraged students to reflect on the significant role women play in shaping individuals as well as society. It also boosted the confidence of the volunteers and showcased their creativity, articulation and ability to express their thoughts clearly through digital media.
The programme was conducted by the NSS Units of GGM Science College under the coordination of NSS Programme Officers Dr. Neha Sharma and Dr. Rahul Kait, who motivated the volunteers to actively participate in the activity. |
